諾基亞控宏達電侵權 3/19宣判

〔編譯楊芙宜／綜合報導〕道瓊社報導，諾基亞（Nokia）在德國控告宏達電（HTC）侵犯其一項省電專利權，宏達電透過代理律師週二向德國曼罕法院否認指控，因為本身技術來自高通（Qualcomm）供應的晶片。但主審法官觀點傾向諾基亞專利權遭侵犯，已決定3月19日宣判。

宏達電代理律師普拉斯曼（Clemens Plassmann）向曼罕法院表示，宏達電不清楚高通晶片內部運作，無法得知諾基亞指控正確與否。

諾基亞指控宏達電侵犯其在行動平台減少電力消耗的專利權，這項專利技術僅透過分析部分訊息來檢查該訊息是否已儲存，能減少數據下降量而達到節電目的。宏達電已請求德國慕尼黑專利法院宣布諾基亞專利無效，主因該技術與摩托羅拉行動（Motorola Mobility）已取得專利權的技術相似。
