歐盟反壟斷調查 谷歌提案求解

（路透布魯塞爾1日電）歐洲聯盟（EU）反托辣斯監管機構今天表示，谷歌遞交了內容詳細的提案，希望緩解外界對谷歌做法存在反競爭爭議的疑慮。此舉讓谷歌解決歐盟長達2年的反壟斷調查又向前邁進一步。

歐洲聯盟執行委員會（European Commission）一直就微軟等十多家公司投訴谷歌利用市場力量阻擋對手進行調查。 被問及是否收到谷歌為解決這樁控訴遞交的提案時，歐盟競爭事務執委阿爾慕尼亞（Joaquin Almunia）告訴記者，「是的」。 阿爾慕尼亞拒絕透露提案詳細內容，僅表示，「我們正分析提案內容。」 負責監管歐盟27個成員國競爭事務的歐盟執委會，預計將徵詢谷歌競爭對手及其他利益團體的看法。 阿爾慕尼亞去年12月告訴谷歌執行董事長施密特（Eric Schmidt），谷歌必須在本月底前遞交完整提案，以消除監管機構的擔憂，否則將遭到罰款。中央社（翻譯）
