可能會有人期待中低價位的 BlackBerry 10 裝置，只是這個方案年內不太可能實現。

BlackBerry 10 氣勢如虹，除了讓過去流失的族群都回頭留意之外，似乎也吸引了更多非黑莓一族的使用者關注。

若真的想要搶攻更大的市場佔有率，只有高階手機對於 BlackBerry 而言，將不會是一個相當明確的舉動，因此不少媒體相當關注這家公司未來是否會推出中低階的 BlackBerry 10 裝置。

在 BlackBerry 10 台灣記者會上，我們曾針對 BlackBerry 是否會推出入門或是更便宜的 BlackBerry 10 裝置一事，向大中華區市場行銷兼中國區渠道銷售資深總監彭明義先生提問，彭總監開宗明義指出確實會有更低價的 BlackBerry 10 計劃，不過眼前該公司會將重心放在 Z10 以及即將在 4 月份發售的 Q10 兩台裝置上，更詳細的內容並沒有在會中提到。

這似乎與歐洲區 MD Stephen Bates 接受 TechRadar 訪問談到的內容相去不遠。

"We've brought out these high-end devices as a as a statement of intent - to demonstrate vividly the new BlackBerry, Our intention is to evolve that portfolio to enter the mid-tier."

"But we don't see us getting to the entry level tier for some time; certainly not this year. Based on the great sales we've had over Christmas in the UK there is a demand for the entry level BlackBerry and we don't want to give that up so we're going to continue with Curve and the entry level as we bring BlackBerry 10 down through the mid-tier and eventually into the entry level."

Stephen 提到目前 BlackBerry 以高階手機吸引消費者的目光，同時展示 BlackBerry 10 作業系統的所有特色，未來當然是打算發展更多的產品組合符合各階層用戶，不過在短期間，也就是 2014 年前見到任何低階的 BlackBerry 10 裝置現身。如果你想要使用低價位的 BlackBerry 裝置，目前或許可以先考慮 BlackBerry 7 的 Curve 系列。

如此看來，BlackBerry 推出低價位裝置計劃是存在的，但是眼前將維持高階 BlackBerry 10 以及入門 BlackBerrry 7 裝置並行的策略，至少在 2013 年結束前，我們可能只會見到 Z10 和 Q10 兩台 BlackBerry 10 裝置在市場販售。
